Vivace In Midtown Charlotte NC
Vivace offers a modern twist to Italian in the Metropolitan complex. Vivace started in Raleigh, owned by Stacey and Kevin Jennings, then opened in the Met in October of 2009. This restaurant offers a very sleek design with wood panel walls, and large orange translucent light fixtures in the main dinning room. It has a spacious deck and patio offering a great view of the new Sugar Creek Greenway and Uptown in the distance while still keeping a cool ambiance. The design firm, The Johnson Studio, was called in to consult for the Charlotte location, after designing the first Raleigh location.
Vivace offers a great variety on their dinner menu from delectable homemade pastas to pizzas. There is an enclosed cheese and meat aging room, that provides Vivace’s extensive selection. They have a seasonal menu as well as full vegetarian and gluten free menus. Wine connoisseurs are in for a treat, as Vivace has a 500 bottle Italian wine collection.
